Dazar Cancellation & Returns Policy
All Dazar products are made-to-order. Each item is printed after you order, so we have strict windows for changes.
1. Cancellations — less than 2 hours
You can cancel or edit an order within 2 hours of checkout, and only while it's still "On Hold" or "In Review."
• Email us immediately at dazar7421@gmail.com with your order number
• After 2 hours, or once the status changes to "In Production," we cannot cancel — the item is already in the print queue
• No cancellations for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind after production starts
Why 2 hours? Our print partners begin processing orders quickly after payment (even though they don't ship same-day), and once production starts we can't stop it.
2. Returns — 3-day window from delivery
We offer a 3-day return window starting from the day your order is marked as delivered. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or our error only.
To request a return, you must meet all requirements below:
1. Proof of Purchase
You must provide your original order number and the email used at checkout. Screenshots, bank statements, or partial information cannot be accepted.
2. Condition Requirements
All items must be:
• Completely unworn
• Unwashed
• Unused
• Free of deodorant marks, fragrances, stains, or any signs of wear
• Returned in the original packaging
3. Return Request Deadline
Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Late requests cannot be accepted.
4. Photo Verification
Send clear photos of:
• Front
• Back
• Close-up of fabric/print
• Packaging
• Shipping label
Blurry or incomplete photos will delay your request.
5. Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved first. We'll send return instructions if approved.
6. Return Shipping
You pay return shipping. Use a trackable service — we aren't responsible for lost returns.
7. Final Decision
If the item arrives back not meeting our standards, we'll deny the return and ship it back to you.
