Shipping policy

1. Production Time

  • Standard production: 2–4 business days before your order ships

  • Peak seasons (Nov–Dec) or complex items: Add 1–3 extra business days

Production time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Estimates (US & Canada Only)

Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and are not guaranteed.

United States

  • Standard: 5–7 business days on average (most orders arrive within 10 days)

  • Express: 2–3 business days after production (typically 5–7 days total)

Canada

  • Standard: 10–15 business days (may take up to 30 days depending on customs)

  • Express: 5–7 business days


3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed

  • US standard shipping typically starts around $4.44 for the first item

  • Canadian rates vary and are shown before payment

  • Free‑shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only


4. Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created

  • Canadian shipments may show limited tracking until they clear customs


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Canadian orders may incur import duties or taxes charged by local customs. These fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

If your order is past the estimated delivery window:

  1. Wait 5 additional business days

  2. Contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or incorrect addresses.


7. Address Changes

Address changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot edit or reroute shipments.
