Canada, UK, Australia, EU

•  Standard: 10–15 business days (up to 30 days for economy options)

•  Express: 5–7 business days

Rest of World

•  Standard: 15–30 business days

•  Express (where available): 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Costs

•  Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed selected

•  US standard shipping typically starts around $4.44 for the first item

•  International rates vary — shown before you pay

•  Free shipping promos apply to standard shipping only

4. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please note:

•  Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after label creation

•  International orders may show limited updates until customs clearance

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import duties or taxes collected by your local customs office. These fees are your responsibility and are not included at checkout.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

If your order is past the estimated delivery window:

Address changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of ordering. Once production begins, we cannot edit or reroute shipments
